Ms. Jordan received her bachelor's of science degree in food science & nutrition and a master's degree of science from the University of Massachusetts and Eastern Michigan respectively. Presently she serves as the director of business development of the dietary supplements and functional foods programs at NSF International.

As a Registered Dietician she has delivered presentations for many regional and national groups, including the American Dietetic Association, the Drug Information Association, the Council for Responsible Nutrition and the National Nutritional Foods Association. Kathy has also presented to many sports, health care and nutrition industry conferences and tradeshows.
