Coaches & Presenters

Cory Holly: Coach & Health Sciences Teacher
As an avid competitive hammer thrower Cory has set many Masters age hammer records in BC and Hawaii. His morning lecture on Day One is titled Sports Nutrition for Masters Athletes, on Day Two he will discuss and demonstrate exercise routines for off-season training at home or at the gym.


Attila Torok: Coach
Attila is a Hungarian hammer thrower who trained and competed with some of the best throwers in the world for 10 years. He has experience in all the throws.



Michael Houser: Coach
Michael has knowledge in all the throws. He was a University athlete and currently holds the BC Athletics Mens & BC Mens 55+ hammer throw record in M60.




Hedley Larson: Coach
Hedley is a Throws coach with the Vernon AAA Track Club and is also a competitive Masters Discus and Shot put thrower.



Chris Meisner: Coach
Chris is a Throws coach with the Vernon AAA Track Club working with Juniors and Masters. He has an extensive competitive background in track and field with all the throws and has set multiple records in the shot put and the weight throw. He competes today as a Masters athlete.
