CHI camp Hawaii 2010 was simply FANTASTIC! It was fun-filled, high-energy, fat-burning, muscle-building, health-promoting and mind-expanding in every way. The volcanoe and waterfall hikes, gym workouts, outdoor activities, beach bootcamps and luau festivities were truly magnificent.
This four-day intensive featured lectures on topics related to sports nutrition, anti-aging, health and fitness on the Island of Oahu "the gathering place", in beautiful Hawaii.
