V6N10c - Guest Gene Bruno is the Dean of Academics at Huntington College of Health Sciences. Gene has a Master of Health Science in Herbal Medicine from the University of New England, an Advanced Diploma in Herbal Medicine from the Australian College of Phytotherapy and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition from Vancouver University.

Gene is also a Registered Herbalist & professional member of the American Herbalist Guild and the American College of Nutrition.

Gene provides continuing education in nutrition and dietary supplement science nationally for health care professionals and natural product retailers. He is the author and coauthor of three books on dietary supplements and herbs and a contributing writer to several health and fitness magazines. With over 30+ years in the nutrition and natural products industry, Gene has practiced clinical nutrition and herbalism in chiropractic therapy and has professional experience in the mental health field and corporate world.
