Cory's Morning Shake Recipe

This is one of my favorite ways to get a quick source of nourishment. Shakes are awesome. I love my shakes. Many a time have they saved the day when nothing was around or time was limited. For whatever reason, the protein shake thing really works for me. Is there a genetic need for shakes? Perhaps.

I can whip up 50g of non-denatured clean protein, 2 T. of hemp seed oil and frozen berries in water and get something really clean and satisfying. I take my vitamins with my shake. It is through my shake that great nutrition comes. Great nutrition and exercise go hand-in-hand. I am one with my shake.
