Welcome to the Cory Holly Institute.
The Cory Holly Institute is privately owned and incorporated. CSNA students qualify for investment. CSNA students are invited to purchase shares in the company and participate in the international growth of the Institute . Once enrolled in the CSNA education program students can request an investment package that includes a formal business plan, financial statement, pro forma and share subscription form.

The Cory Holly Institute is the premiere online international sports nutrition education center. Founded by Cory Holly, the Institute is committed to educating the world in sports nutrition, health & fitness. This objective is achieved by providing people of every age and background with the educational tools and learning resources they require.

The Institute provides professional certification to students who enroll and complete the Certified Sports Nutrition Advisor (CSNA) home study education program. The CSNA education program has set an international gold standard for sports nutrition education. The course has grown into a global franchise providing students with specialized education that is practical, original, unique and purposeful.

The Institute also distributes and publishes a variety of health & fitness books and a monthly audio program (SNU). Additional learning resources and products are currently being developed to meet the ongoing educational demands of athletes and health conscious consumers worldwide.

Mission Statement
The Prime Directive of the Institute is achieved by teaching people how to get well and age with excellent health through fitness and nutrition science. Education is essential. It is the bridge that connects people to the knowledge which when applied heals and transforms the mind and body.

Consumer Health Information (CHI). The Institute is committed to providing consumers worldwide with science based leading edge education resources in the area of sports nutrition, health and fitness. Graduates of the CSNA education program act as beacons of light in a world thirsty for reliable information, direction and leadership. Role models of health are the product of quality education and a strong work ethic.

Courage, Honor & Integrity (CHI). Courage is the state or quality of mind that enables one to face danger, overcome fear and not fold under pressure with confidence and bravery. Without courage one cannot apply wisdom or stand for justice. Honor is a code of dignity and pride. Honor is associated with a good name, respect and a reputation for uprightness of character. Integrity is a parellel between what is said and what is done. It is reliability and moral soundness. Integrity is the state of being unimpaired and whole.

Chi (pronounced "chee") is the energy of life that flows. Inherit Chi is the energy we receive from our parents at the time of conception. Acquired Chi is the energy accumulated by the quality of life we choose to lead and the food and air we ingest. In order to absorb and integrate the external universal energy we must learn to integrate and strengthen the fundamental life force within. Good health is learning to live and be in harmony with all aspects of our internal world so that we may be in balance and good relationship with all aspects of our external world

Dr. Cory Holly

Dr. Cory Holly is the Founder & President of the Cory Holly Institute (CHI). Dr. Holly completed his Doctor of Naturopathy degree at Clayton College of Natural Health in 1992. He studied exercise physiology and biochemistry at Western Washington University and apprenticed at the Colgan Institute of Nutritional Science. Dr. Holly specializes in product formulation, dietary analysis and exercise management. He is the author of the CSNA education program, a dozen books and courses, and hundreds of magazine articles. Dr. Holly competes as a Masters athlete and lectures at seminars, universities and trade shows on topics related to sports nutrition, anti-aging, health & fitness.

Tracy Holly CSNA Master

Tracy Holly is the Executive Assistant and public relations officer for the institute. She is a health & fitness activist and is a great believer in alternative natural medicine. In addition to being a full-time mum, Tracy works as an emcee and coordinates national health & fitness symposiums. Tracy is the author of The Athlete's Cookbook and lectures to women's groups, children groups and at trade shows on Health, Wellness and Staying Fit. Tracy also narrates Sports Nutrition Update (SNU), teaches Latin & Ballroom dancing and competes in Masters' level Ms. Fitness and natural bodybuilding.

In addition to being a fantastic whole food cook, Tracy has an extensive and eclectic background in Ballroom and Latin dancing. She is a member of the Canadian Dance Teacher's Association (CDTA) and successfully competed for Canada on a professional level. Tracy also owned and operated Spartacus Athletic Club, a coed fitness facility located in East Vancouver, British Columbia.

Tracy specializes in developing posing routines, music and choreography for competitive natural bodybuilders. In fact Cory credits Tracy with much of his competitive bodybuilding success due to Tracy's coaching talents in this area. Tracy also teaches basic rhythm, footwork and style to athletes engaged in a wide variety of sports. Tracy was born in Oakville, Ontario in 1958.
